  1. Please email us your request to check stock availability for you.
  2. Our reply quote will be done within a few hours and the stock will be held for 24 hours.
  3. Your order is only finally CONFIRMED once you have sent us written confirmation plus paid a min of 50% deposit.
  4. We will also require a copy of your ID, vehicle registration number and a completed CLIENT FORM before we release goods. This is a compulsory security necessity.
  1. Please use the usual cart process and move to checkout.
  2. Complete online details and press email to branch.
  3. Please note! At this stage you are enquiring whether the stock is available.
  4. Our Sales Staff will check availability and email you back within a few HOURS and this quote means that the stock will be held for you for 24 hours.
  5. Your quote might NOT have any possible delivery or collection COSTS added at this point, so please wait for this before making any payment.

PAYMENT and REFUND of your DEPOSIT

  1. All orders must be paid for in FULL, together with a REFUNDABLE deposit BEFORE any goods leave our premises, when delivered or collected.
  2. It is best to pay your REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in cash, which will be returned to you when your order is returned: ON TIME, IN FULL & UNDAMAGED We will use your refundable deposit TOWARDS any losses or damages, and if the amount exceeds your deposit, we will request PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY.
  3. If your refundable deposit was paid by EFT or CC, we will pay this back: In cash, if we have cash Or EFT within 7 working days.
  4. For MISSING ITEMS: You are required to pay for them in full. If you find them later, they may be returned for 50% refund of what we charged you.
  5. We charge 30% cancellation fee except where an order is postponed.

WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STOCK AT THE BRANCH I AM ORDERING FROM?

On the day that you place your order, we might not have enough available STOCK for your order due to:

1. Previously placed orders from other clients or

2. Your order exceeding the branch’s stock amount.

We will then check availability from another branch on your behalf, and if the stock is available, we will OFFER you the extra stock required with a small courier fee.

It is up to you then to approve the courier fee, OR to make a change to your order.

We DO NOT charge you a courier fee if TABLECLOTH HIRING has ‘lent’ stock to another branch AFTER we have confirmed your order. In that case, THC couriers your order at no charge or fuss to you, our client.

HOW DO I AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR:

DAMAGES, IRREMOVABLE STAINS, WAX DAMAGE & LOSSES

1. Mostly WAX is not too difficult for our laundry to remove. EXCEPT off SEQUINS EXCEPT COLOURED CANDLES, as coloured wax actually dyes the fabric similar to a BATIK process.

2. Be fussy about placing clear glass, or mirrors under your candles, or keep them in covered glass containers.

3. Be careful of COOKING and HEATING directly on top of our cloths without something under the equipment to stop the cloths from burning.

4. Look out for TABLES with rough edges or corners. They can tear the cloths.

5. Keep SPARKLERS far away from linen. They are fireworks which pepper the cloths with tiny holes.

6. UNUSED CLOTHS and SERVIETTES. They often go missing at the venue and replacing them is an expensive loss for our clients.

7. MOULD. Hang out wet cloths before putting in bags. Champagne and hot summer weather cooks mould!

8. Be careful about products which contain bleach which get added to your water for your flowers. This can bleach our cloths!

9. Paint, oil, grease. Avoid working on craft projects near the linen.

10. SEQUINS. We charge a full replacement for the following! Wax, red wine stains, badly stained food eg curry and dried out food, because all normal forms of cleaning bleaches or causes the sequins to FALL out.

11. Our staff will check and count ALL returned items with you or your driver. This will take around 10 mins. Please be patient.

12. The replacement prices vary according to the type of fabric and size of the item.

13. DAMAGED ITEMS. You get to KEEP the damaged items once it has been paid for. Certain items we MIGHT offer to keep the item and only charge you 50% of the replacement cost.

14. If you would like to know the REPLACEMENT COST of any item you are hiring, please request the information from your Sales Consultant. GOOD LUCK. We hate billing for damages and shortages, as much as you hate paying for them.
