The Tablecloth Hiring Company, was founded by Deborah Donnelly in Cape Town almost 30 years ago. Recently Jo Ohlson de Fine, with 35 varied years in the Event Industry has come on board, and together these ladies keep the business current and innovative with a friendly, helpful approach.

With a keen eye and passion for fabrics, they have grown the business from a small home industry to a business with 3 branches (CT, STELL, JHB) The business supplies the Event Industry, as well as the man in the street,  on a National basis, as they also deliver  orders all over South Africa. Being specialists, the stock range is vast, both in terms of quantities and in terms of colours, textures, prints and themes to cater for Corporate Events, Weddings and any other sort of event, no matter how big or small, plain or extravagant, classic or quirky. The Company understands the importance of the visual impact that linen has at an event.

Tablecloth Hiring do all their own manufacturing and 24 hr a day laundering, so that they can increase turn around times and improve Quality Control. Each branch has a dedicated area for clients to come in, with their own décor, to do mock ups and finalise their orders. They do not charge for sampling when required. The company is proud of their 53 dedicated and friendly staff, most of whom carry long service certificates and who are renowned for going that extra mile for their clients.   OUR SISTER COMPANY, CHINA BLUE, is a fabulous range of items in all shades of blue and white. The ranges have been further separated into classical blue and whites, more turquoise/retro/tropical looks, seaside, baby blue and white. There is also a rich navy/gold and white, Chinese and a Mediterranean range. This Range compliments the Tablecloth Range enormously.
